Admission and Diplomas

The Kayaleh Violin Academy possesses an international soul. Aged 14 to 25, the violinists frequenting its classes come from Bulgaria, Russia, Georgia, Slovakia, Japan, Corea, Western Europe, Latin and North America.
During their stay, these young virtuosi achieve very high standards in a relatively short time, and are invited to perform with major world orchestras as guest soloists. Many amongst them performed in important concert halls such as Sofia’s National Palace of Culture, Evian’s Antoine Ribeaud Theater, Zurich’s Tonhalle, Geneva’s E.
Ansermet Hall, Lausanne’s Palace, Caracas’ Teresia Carraneo Hall, often accompanied by major world orchestras such as the Venezuelian Symphony Orchestra, the Zurich Chamber Orchestra, the Iberoamericana Orchestra, the Schweizer Jugend Symphonie Orchestra, the World Symphony Orchestra and the prestigious Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra, to name but a few.
The Academy classes feature several prize winners in International Competitions which include the Stresa International Competititon, Italy, the Nielsen International Competition, Danemark, la Rencontre de Jeunes Solistes de Cordoba, Argentina, the Swiss Soloits Competition, Zurich, the L. Pipkov Competition, Sofia and others.
